RajitLal Institute of Technology & Health Sciences, commonly known as RITHS®, is a not-for-profit transnational educational institution established in 2003. For more than 23 years, RITHS® has provided ambitious students with flexible, affordable, and world-class educational pathways that bridge high school or diploma achievements to globally revered British qualifications.
Through accredited partnerships with UK awarding bodies regulated by Ofqual (NCC Education) and Qualifications Scotland / SCQF (EduQual), as well as endorsements from ATHE, RITHS® offers rigorous Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 Diplomas. Students completing their diplomas earn 240 UK credits, making them directly eligible for direct final-year entry (Top-Up) to complete full Bachelor’s degrees at over 100 partner universities across the UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

Establishment of RITHS®
RajitLal Institute of Technology & Health Sciences (RITHS®) was established in 2003 as a pioneering transnational, not-for-profit educational institution dedicated to providing accessible, flexible, and globally respected British and international qualifications.
Progression Agreement with University of Wolverhampton (UK)
RITHS® signed a landmark academic progression agreement with the University of Wolverhampton. Several cohorts of RITHS® Higher Diploma qualified students successfully transferred directly into the final year of Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree programs in the United Kingdom.
Direct Final-Year Entry with Northumbria University (UK)
Northumbria University agreed to accept RITHS® diploma students into direct final-year entry for Bachelor Honours degrees across Engineering, Computing, and Business Administration programs.
Computing & Business Agreement with University of Gloucestershire (UK)
University of Gloucestershire formally agreed to accept RITHS® students into direct final-year Bachelor degree schemes in Computing and Business Management.
Final-Year Articulation with Teesside University (UK)
Teesside University agreed to accept RITHS® students for direct final-year entry to Engineering and Business Honours degree programs, paving pathways to postgraduate study and UK careers.

Official Accreditation from ATHE (UK)
RITHS® obtained official accreditation from Awards for Training and Higher Education (ATHE), a UK awarding body regulated by Ofqual. Specialized RITHS® Higher Diplomas in Mechanical and Electronics Engineering carry official ATHE endorsements.
Establishment of RAJITLAL UNIVERSITY (Government of Meghalaya)
RITHS® obtained official statutory permission from the Government of Meghalaya for establishing RAJITLAL UNIVERSITY in Meghalaya State. The RAJITLAL UNIVERSITY ACT 2011 (Act No. 1 of 2020) was formally enacted on February 4th, 2020.
Accreditation from EduQual (UK)
RITHS® obtained accreditation from EduQual, UK, an internationally recognised awarding body credit-rated within the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF). EduQual diplomas provide rigorous, practical assessments with global currency.
European Articulation Routes (Malta, Ireland, France & More)
RITHS® obtained official agreements to articulate and send Direct Final Year students to accredited universities in Malta, Ireland, France, and across Continental Europe, expanding options for global student mobility alongside the UK.
Accredited Partner Centre of NCC Education (UK)
RITHS® & RIMS obtained accredited partner centre status from NCC Education UK, an Ofqual-regulated awarding body with a heritage dating back to 1966. Students earn 240 UK credits with direct progression into over 100 universities worldwide.
Strategic Agreement with UCAM University (Spain)
RIMS executed a bilateral academic cooperation agreement with UCAM (Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia), Spain for offering European ECTS-accredited Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree programs.
