Geographic Information System (GIS)

GEOINFORMATICS LAB

 

1, 2         Demonstration and working on Electronic Total Survey Station (TC-1800)

4, 5.        To layout a precise traverse in a given area and to compute the adjusted coordinates of survey stations 

6.            To plot the coordinates at a given scale on Plane Table and their field checking.

7, 8.        To plot the details of area using radiation and intersection method

9             To solve three point problem in Plane Tabling and detailed plotting. 

10, 11    Demonstration and working with Pocket/ Mirror stereoscopes, Parallax bar and Aerial photographs

12           Visual Interpretation using IRS false colour composite

13.          Demonstration and practice work with hand held GPS (GS-5).
